Thy Kingdom Come Prayer Week

Thy Kingdom Come Prayer Week will launch on Sunday 28th May and end with the DEEPER service on Sunday 4th June.

A prayer room will be open at St Andrew’s 9am – 5pm midweek and then open for a continuous 48 hour prayer weekend  starting Friday 2nd June at 7pm and ending Sunday 4th June. This is in blue rooms (Broad Down and Wynd's Point). It is not essential for all prayer slots to be fulfilled at St Andrew’s. If groups at St Mary’s or All Saints wish to hold prayer slots in their own churches, that is fine.

There is an online 48hour prayer sign-up at link:

There will also be a sign up sheet in church each Sunday. Prayer stations and Prayer booklets will be available to support prayer.

Prayer walks have been organised as follows:

  • Wednesday 31st May 7.30 to 9pm Angela Noble in St Mary’s parish. Meet at 50 Crown Lea Avenue.
  • Thursday 1st June  7.45pm  - Worcs. Beacon walk with Joan, Nick and Val. Meet Beacon carpark.
  • Saturday 3rd June 9.30 to10.30 – Blue Bell/Brook Farm Drive Prayer Walk with the Fanes. Meet 9.30 at St Andrew’s.
